The Cirql application offers a comprehensive platform for accessing detailed information on elected officials, legislative staff, agency administrators, and lobbyists at both state and federal levels. It provides in-depth biographical data, office contact details, official and campaign websites, committee memberships, staff listings, and staff email addresses. Additionally, in certain states, Cirql includes searchable databases of lobbyists and the organizations employing them.

The app features alert functionalities to notify users when companies hire or dismiss lobbyists representing their interests. It also facilitates the creation of vote count sheets for specific legislative initiatives and enables users to establish and monitor campaign fundraising plans. Subscription Details

Payment is processed through your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current period expires. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via Settings > App and iTunes Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID. It is not possible to cancel an active subscription before the current period ends.
